Micro Computer System's service department is an authorized service provider for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, IBM Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Epson. We will fix any brand out of warranty, just call ahead or email to let us know what the product is. Nearly all repair work is done at our Lynnwood, Washington location. If we can not service your product at our site, we can usually help to facilitate the repair of your product. Call us if you are unsure how to proceed. We would like to help you.

Procedures:
If you would like to bring in your equipment for repair we are here to help. Our repair center is first come first serve so please stop by at your earliest convenience. All you need to do is bring your defective product to our store durring business hours. We will take it from there. It usually takes 1-2 business days for an available slot to open up in the repair queue, at which time we will diagnose your product and call with the results. If your product is under warranty we will order the appropriate replacment part and call when the repair is completed.

At Micro Computer Systems we realize that your repair is important to you, that is why we have an online status update system. Whenever you need to know the latest status of your repair, our website is available 24 hours a day with the most current information possible.

Things to remember:
• Please bring restore CD's and AC adapters with you when you drop off your computer. We may not need them but it could save you an extra trip.

• Back up your data before you bring in your equipment (if possible).

• When you pick up your equipment please bring your repair receipt with you. This will help to speed up the check out process.
